How fast does bulk peptide shipping take?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days dispatch the same day from our Burlingame, CA facility. Standard delivery via FedEx or UPS typically takes 1–3 business days depending on destination within the continental US.

What packaging do you use for bulk peptides?

All bulk peptides ship in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain cold-chain conditions during transit. Lyophilized peptides are sealed in amber glass vials with parafilm. Orders requiring strict temperature control can be shipped with dry ice on request.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept wire transfer, ACH, Zelle, and credit card. Wire transfer and ACH are preferred for larger wholesale orders. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Qualified research institutions and CROs may apply for net-30 payment terms via our contact form.
